Application privacy
We store resumes, portfolio links, contact information, and application details you provide or that are imported from an authorized recruitment source. Authorized hiring administrators and approved systems using a scoped API token may access this information for recruitment. Resume files are held outside the public website and require authorized access. Imported records do not automatically create login accounts.
Authorized hiring administrators may send uploaded resumes to OpenAI to extract contact details, stated skills, and work experience. Extracted information is reviewed before it is added to a candidate record. This extraction does not rank applicants or make hiring decisions.
When you take the production skills quiz while signed in, we save your answers, score, quiz version, and submission time for authorized hiring administrators to review. Every signed-in attempt is retained; you may retake the quiz. Guest practice results stay in your browser session. Quiz scores support skills discussions and do not make automatic hiring decisions.
SCB Media Entertainment uses your name, email, application answers, and application status to assess your suitability for opportunities, communicate about hiring, and provide initial onboarding if you are hired.
Applications are available to authorized hiring administrators. Draft answers are visible in your account and are not included in the hiring review screen until submitted. Login attempt metadata is retained temporarily to limit abuse.
Provide only information relevant to your application. Do not submit government identification numbers, dates of birth, financial information, or sensitive personal documents. Portfolio links should point to work you have permission to share.
To request correction or deletion, contact the hiring representative through the channel where you found the opportunity. A dedicated privacy contact and retention schedule will be provided before public recruitment begins.
